A loan annual statement shows the transactions on your loan account across a 12 month period. These statements become available annually on the anniversary of you taking out your loan.

If you are a Kroo Current Account holder:

To download your statement on the app: 

1. Go to the ‘Account’ tab at the bottom right.
2. Tap on the ‘Statements’ button.
3. Choose ‘Loan statement’ from the options.

If you do not have a Kroo Current Account: 

To download your statement on the website:

1. Log into the Kroo website
2. Download the statement from the 'Recent Statements' section on the loan details page
