Can I change my loan repayment date?

When completing the application, you can adjust your repayment date to one that suits you. If your circumstances have changed and you need to shift it again, you can request that by contacting us in the app or at credit-operations@kroo.com

Can I make an extra payment to repay my loan quicker?

It’s not essential, but you can overpay your loan at any time. You can do that by visiting the ‘Account’ tab and tapping on the ‘Loan management’ section available there. Or, you can contact our Customer Support team in-app or by emailing credit-operations@kroo.com. There are no penalties or fees for making additional repayments.

Can I repay my loan early?

Yes, you can. There are no penalties, and you'll only pay the accrued interest since you last made a payment. You can request a settlement amount by contacting us in the app or by emailing credit-operations@kroo.com
