How do flight ticket transactions work?

Flight tickets purchase will be processed like any other transaction. However, please note that airlines and travel agencies hold the authorisation of your payment for up to 31 days. 

This means that your flight ticket transaction may be ‘pending’ for up to 31 days, but will usually clear earlier.
