If you recognise a card transaction by the value and the date of the purchase, but the merchant name, the logo or the location showing in the app are not correct, you can report it by doing the following :
- Go to the 'Home' tab in your Kroo app and find the transaction in question.
- Tap on the transaction, then tap the 'Issue with this transaction' prompt in the 'Get Help' section.
- Select the ‘Report incorrect merchant details’.
- Select the issue(s) you want to report: ‘Incorrect name’, ‘Incorrect location’, ‘Incorrect logo’, and press submit or select ‘Add correct information’ if you want to provide the correct details. You can learn more about reporting correct merchant details here.
We’ll use this information to report the issue and we’ll attempt to improve the merchant details for transactions made at that merchant going forward.
