You can request to close your current account by contacting our Customer Support team via in-app chat.
Before closing your Kroo current account, ensure all outstanding payments are settled, direct debits are cancelled, and any credit balance is transferred to another bank account. Additionally, you must repay any outstanding overdraft or Kroo loan balance and transfer any remaining funds from your Kroo Cash ISA.
You can continue to access your statements and support via the Kroo app even after your account is closed, but you cannot reopen the account.
