Moving for more than 6 months? If you're planning to be abroad for longer than six months (but not permanently), you may need to speak with our support team, especially if you have specific questions about your account or services. You can contact us via the in-app chat or at help@kroo.com

Moving for up to 6 months? No need to inform us — you can continue using your Kroo account as normal.
