Statement of Fees is a document which shows how much you’ve paid or earned in interest, as well as any fees related to your Kroo account that you’ve paid last year. As we’re a UK bank, it’s a regulatory requirement for us to provide these to all our customers, but you don’t have to do anything with these statements if you don’t want to.
Statements of Fees are issued on the 1st of October every year for the past 12 months, and you can download them directly from your app by following the steps below:
- Open your Kroo app and head to the ‘Account’ tab.
- Tap on the ‘Statements’ section.
- Select ‘Statement of Fees’ option – if you opened your account before 01.10.23, you should see at least one Statement of Fees. If you joined Kroo on or after 01.10.23, your annual Statement of Fees will become available on 01.10.24.
