- Open your Kroo app and tap ‘Account’ tab on the bottom right.
- Scroll to ‘Statements’ and tap ‘View statement history.’
- Tap download and follow the instructions.
- You can share or save the selected statement.
Prepaid e-money account statements.
You can view your prepaid e-money account transaction history by following the steps below in the Kroo app:
- Open your Kroo app and tap ‘Account’ tab on the bottom right.
- Scroll to ‘Closed e-money account’ and tap ‘Transaction history.’
Individual Savings Account (ISA) statements.
You can access your ISA statement directly in the app by following the steps below:
- Open your Kroo app and tap ‘Account’ tab on the bottom right.
- Scroll to ‘Statements’ and tap ‘ISA Statement.’
- Tap download and follow the instructions.
- You can share or save the selected statement.
Please note that we issue one ISA statement per tax year.
