How can I request a copy of my data?
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you by submitting a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR). The easiest way to submit it is to:
- Email us: send your request to help@kroo.com.
- Message us via the in-app chat: open your Kroo app, tap the ‘Account’ tab, then the ‘Chat with support’ option.
- Call us: Reach out to our team at 08008021323 (or +441270448008 if you’re calling outside of the UK). Our team is available Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5:30 pm (9 am to 12 pm during bank holidays).
To help us find your account quickly, please include your full name, date of birth, your phone number and current address registered with your Kroo account.
Make sure to also include what type of information you are looking for and we will begin processing your request as soon as we have successfully verified your identity.
Transaction history and bank statements after closing your account.
You can still access your closed Kroo account and check your transaction history by downloading old bank statements that are available in the Kroo app under the ‘Statements’ section in the ‘Account’ tab.
Proof of account ownership.
If you need a letter confirming your account ownership, please let us know by leaving us an in-app chat message or by emailing us directly at help@kroo.com.
