You can access the list of the key updates you’ve received directly in your Kroo app: just tap the bell icon on the top right of the ‘Home’ screen.
Please note that the key updates displayed in the notification centre are important in-app notifications sent to your Kroo account from the last 30 days.
Important! The list of notifications you’ll see includes also official emails sent by Kroo to your registered email address. This may include marketing emails, Kroo newsletters or communications about changes to your account or our Terms & Conditions updates. Tapping on the 'Tap to view your email inbox' option under the notification will take you directly to your email app on your device.
Note that the emails displayed in-the app don’t include any email correspondence between you and our Customer Support Team. To view these, please head directly into your email inbox or – in case of chats – to the 'Chat with Support' option under the 'Help & Support' section in the 'Account' tab.
