- Messaging us in-app (open your Kroo app, tap ‘Account’ and navigate to the ‘Help & Support’ section);
- Emailing us at complaints@kroo.com;
- Sending a letter by post, addressed to Kroo Ltd, 20 Farringdon Street, Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4AB.
