You can add money instantly from the Kroo app:

• Open your app and tap ‘Add money’ next to your account balance.

• Tap ‘Add money now’ under the ‘Instant bank transfer’ prompt.

• Choose your bank and enter the desired amount.

• The Kroo app will automatically take you to the bank's app.

• Tap ‘Continue’ to approve the payment or ‘Cancel’ if you’ve changed your mind.

• You’ve just added money to your Kroo account!

We use the Faster Payments network so payments usually arrive instantly (sometimes this can take up to 2 hours).

How else can I add money to my current account?

Alternatively, you can use your Kroo account details (sort code and account number) to make a transfer from another bank account. You can find your Kroo account number and sort code within the Account tab of your app under the Account details section.
