How do I find a specific transaction in the Kroo app?

Need to track down a past payment or deposit? Finding your transactions in the Kroo app is simple:

  1. Log into your Kroo app.
  2. Tap in ‘See all’ under the ‘Transaction’ section in the ‘Home’ page.
  3. Use the search bar by typing the name of the merchant (e.g. ‘TESCO’), sender, beneficiary or any key word related to your payment.
  4. Apply filters (optional) to help narrow your search – available filters include transaction dates and money in or out.

Tips for making your search more accurate: 

  • If you want to search for a specific amount, add more than one digit and use decimals if required (e.g. if you’re searching for a £1 transaction – put £1.0).
  • Use the filters to set a time frame for the search; this will narrow the options you will see.
  • Our transaction search begins working as soon as you start typing. We'll do our best to match your prompt, so the more precise it is, the better the results.
