If you've entered your PIN incorrectly too many times, you can easily reset it in your Kroo app by following these steps:

1. Open your Kroo app and tap the 'Home' tab.
2. Tap on the card icon on the top right-hand side.
3. Tap 'Reset your PIN.'
4. Authenticate the reset using biometrics or your password.
5. Select and confirm your new PIN.
6. Go to an ATM and select the balance inquiry function. You can use Visa’s ATM locator to find the nearest machine that supports PIN change functionality.

Important: After resetting your PIN in the Kroo app, you must visit an ATM to complete the process. Without this step, your PIN change will be rejected.
