Why didn't my online purchase complete?

Once you've confirmed the transaction in-app, we'll send this confirmation to the merchant.

There may be a few reasons why the transaction doesn't complete or is unsuccessful, such as:

  • Insufficient funds in your account.

  • Details are being entered incorrectly.

  • The Internet connection disconnected.

  • There was an error on the merchant's website.

You can check the payment hasn't gone through and reattempt the purchase. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Support team.
