How will Click to Pay transactions appear in my account?

Click to Pay transactions are processed and will appear in the ‘Transactions’ tab like any other token transaction. To view a receive transaction: 

  1. Log into your Kroo app.
  2. Tap on ‘See all’ under the ‘Transaction’ section in the ‘Home’ page.
  3. Use the search bar by typing the name of the merchant (e.g. ‘TESCO’), sender, beneficiary or any key word related to your payment.
  4. Apply filters (e.g., transaction date, money in or out) to help narrow your search.

Once you’ve found the transaction, tap it. This will take you to the ‘Transactions details’ page. There, you’ll be able to see details of the transaction, and the ‘Payment type’ listed as Click to Pay.
