Kroo cards are automatically enrolled in Click to Pay, but you have the ability to manage your enrolment from the Kroo app.

To opt out of Click to Pay:

1. Go to your Kroo app and tap on the ‘Manage your card’ option (the card icon in the top right corner of the screen).
2. Select the ‘Click to Pay’ option.
3. Toggle the ‘Click to Pay’ switch to opt out. 
4. Once you’ve opted out, your card will no longer appear when checking out with Click to Pay. However, it may take a moment for Visa to reflect this change. 

To opt back in, follow the same instructions, but instead toggle the switch to opt in. The switch will turn green when you’ve successfully opted back in.
