Applying for a loan.

If I have accepted my loan and signed the agreement can I change my mind and cancel it?

If you’re in the 14 day cooling off period and want to cancel your loan, please contact via chat or email us at credit-operations@kroo.com. 

You’ll need to repay the full borrowed balance in order for us to cancel your loan during this cooling off period. 

You will not be charged any interest and we will remove any hard searches on your credit file.
