Loan applications are currently only available for existing Kroo customers. If eligible, you will receive an invitation message, and an application button will be visible within the Kroo app.
The application process provides more detail about how Kroo loans work and asks a few questions necessary for us to complete credit and affordability checks. We also ask you to make an 'Open Banking' connection to view the transactions made to and from your primary account. This speeds up the application process, allows us to verify your income and helps protect against fraud.
Normally, you’ll receive a response within minutes, and if offered a loan, you’ll need to review the documentation to accept it. This will be sent via email.
