I’m unhappy with Confirmation of Payee - can I make a complaint?

If you would like to raise a complaint regarding an issue with Confirmation of Payee, you can make a complaint by:

  • Messaging us in-app (open your Kroo app, tap ‘Profile’ and navigate to the ‘Help & Support’ section);
  • Emailing us at complaints@kroo.com;
  • Sending a letter by post, addressed to Kroo Ltd, 20 Farringdon Street, Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4AB.
  • Calling us on 08008021323 (or +441270448008 if you’re calling outside of the UK). Calls are recorded for monitoring and training purposes.
