I received a refund in another currency and it's less than I expected. Why?

Currency rates change daily, so if you’ve received a refund and it's a different amount than expected, this may be due to the currency exchange rates fluctuating. We use the exchange rate that’s available at the time when the transaction is fully settled, typically several days after you’ve started your payment.

This is expected and nothing to worry about, but if the amount difference is substantial – contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
