To add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay:

• Open your Kroo app and tap the card icon on the home screen (top right corner).
• Tap ‘Add to Apple Pay/Google Pay’.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and accept the Apple Pay/Google Pay Terms and Conditions.
• You will receive a push notification from the Kroo app to confirm it’s you who’s adding the card to the digital wallet.
• Apple Pay/Google Pay will confirm when the card is successfully added to the digital wallet and ready to use.

Alternatively, you can also add your card directly to your phone's wallet, without using the Kroo app:

• Open the Wallet app.
• Tap the ‘+’ sign in the top right corner of the screen.
• Tap 'Debit or Credit Card', then click ‘Continue’.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Using your card across multiple devices:

You can add your card to multiple devices that support wallet payments. Each time you try to add your card to a digital wallet the attempt might need to be authenticated and the Kroo app will send you a push notification asking you to confirm the request. The authentication request will remain available in the app’s ‘Home’ screen  for 24 hours – if it expires, you’ll need to restart the process and add your card to the wallet again.
