What if I’m a vulnerable customer and need to speak to someone on the telephone over the weekend?
Our normal opening hours for telephony service are 9 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
At Kroo we understand that vulnerabilities present a number of challenges for our customers. If you require further support, please get in touch via in-app chat and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Where required, we may offer a callback service on weekends. Please note that this service will depend on individual circumstances and staff availability.
