- Open your Kroo app.
- Tap the ‘Account’ tab at the bottom.
- Tap ‘Account limits’.

Please note that when you make a bank transfer (Faster Payment) Kroo may ask for additional information depending on the type of payment you’re making. This is to ensure the security of the transaction.
If you need to make a payment above £250,000, please contact customer support and we’ll look into this for you.
Important! There are limits on how much you can pay consecutively using your debit card’s contactless method of payment. Once you reach the contactless limit, you’ll be prompted to insert your card to use the Chip and PIN to complete your transaction before contactless is available to use again.
