While we can’t cancel the subscription with the provider for you, we’ve built a tool to help you stop the payments. Once you’re in the ’Subscriptions’ tab, just tap on the subscription you want to change and toggle the ‘Stop payments’ switch. We’ll block any future payments from our end.

This will not cancel the subscription. To avoid late fees or the provider using updated billing details to charge you again, we recommend canceling with them directly. 

What happens if I ‘Stop payments’ on a subscription?

When you switch ‘Stop payments’ to On, we immediately block any future payments to that merchant for that subscription from your account. If you change your mind later, you can just as easily toggle it back to ‘Resume payments’ to restart payments.
