How do I transfer my ISA to another provider?

To transfer your ISA to a new provider, please provide them with your Kroo Personal Current Account details. These details act as the primary identifier for your account and can be found in the Kroo app by tapping the ‘Account’ tab and selecting ‘Account details’.

What you need to know:

  • Because we only support funding your ISA via transfers directly from your Kroo account, your new provider will use the Kroo current account credentials to locate and “pull” your funds securely. In case your new provider needs any additional details, please get in touch with us via the in-app chat.
  • Full ISA transfers only: We currently only support full ISA transfers. We are unable to process requests for partial transfers at this time.
  • ISA account closure: Transferring your flexible Kroo Bank ISA will result in the permanent closure of the ISA account. Once closed, you will not be able to reopen it.
