How long does it take to receive the loan payment?

If you applied in the Kroo App

If approved, the payment is made directly into your Kroo Current Account and should become available immediately.

If you do not receive your loan payment within the same day as accepting it, please contact us in the Kroo app via in-app chat, or email us at credit-operations@kroo.com
 

If you applied on the Kroo website

If approved, the payment is made directly into the nominated Personal Current Account you provided during your application. This payment is made using the Faster Payments service, so whilst usually available immediately, it can take up to two hours. 

As this payment is made to an external account, your Personal Current Account provider may hold this payment. Please check with them in the first instance if your loan has been approved but you have not received the funds.

If you do not receive your loan payment within the same day of accepting it and it has not been held by your external bank, please contact us via email at credit-operations@kroo.com
