If you have a Kroo personal current account, you will still be able to view your pre-paid account activity.
Head to your Kroo app, go to the Account section and tap the ‘Closed e-money account’ option.
If you have not opened a Kroo personal current account , you will have received a full statement of your PrePaid account activity sent to your registered email. If you have not received this please contact our customer support team at help@kroo.com.
