We'll send you the following in-app notifications:

Before your payment is due – you’ll be notified the day before the payment is due (usually at 9 am).

After a successful payment – tapping the notification will take you to the Kroo app to view the payment.

If a payment has failed – tapping the notification will take you to the Kroo app to view the payment and the reason why it failed.
If you’ve missed a notification or dismissed it by accident, don’t worry – you can access the key updates you’ve received directly in your Kroo app: just tap the bell icon on the top right of the ‘Home’ screen.
