We'll send you the following in-app notifications:

Before your payment is due – you’ll be notified the day before the payment is due (usually at 9 am).

After a successful payment – tapping the notification will take you to the Kroo app to view the payment.

If a payment has failed – tapping the notification will take you to the Kroo app to view the payment and the reason why it failed.
We also send emails for anything important, so it’s a good idea to check your email inbox for any critical updates.
If you’ve missed an in-app notification or dismissed it by accident, don’t worry – you can access the key updates you’ve received directly in your Kroo app: just tap the bell icon on the top right of the ‘Home’ screen. There, you’ll also be able to see a list of key email updates – tapping on the 'Tap to view your email inbox' option under the notification will take you directly to your email app on your device.
