A transaction may appear as 'pending' if it failed or if it has since been cancelled.
Typically, this payment authorisation expires after 8 days and your payment will be automatically reversed after this time if the merchant doesn't collect these authorised funds.
Note that certain transactions, such as holding deposits or flight ticket transactions may take up to 31 days to be reversed.
