The credit score information shown in the Kroo app is provided by TransUnion.
Please note that you’ll see the range your credit score falls into and not the exact credit score figure.
What types of checks do you conduct?
We run a soft credit check when you use the credit score feature and view your credit score in-app. These checks don’t affect your credit score.
TransUnion is one of the largest credit reference agencies in the UK. They hold information about your credit history and share this with specific partners. You can read more about the information they hold by visiting the TransUnion Privacy Centre.
