There are different limits the for the prepaid e-money account and you can view them directly in the app by doing the following:

• Open your Kroo app
• Tap the ‘Profile’ tab at the bottom
• Tap ‘Account limits’

Adding money to your prepaid e-money account (inbound payments)

• Daily limit:  £2000 (or a maximum of 15 transactions per day)
• Monthly limit: 90 transactions
• Yearly limit: 1,095 transactions

Your account can only accept GBP transfers, from UK bank accounts.

Sending money from your prepaid e-money account (outbound payments)

You can send a total of £1000 per day (or a maximum of 5 transactions per day).

Inbound bank transfer – 15 transactions daily within a total amount of £2000

Sending money to your prepaid e-money account

• Paying friends in-app (Kroo to Kroo) – £650 daily
• Bank transfer – £1000 daily

Sending money from your prepaid e-money account to another Kroo account

Using your prepaid Mastercard® debit card

• ATM withdrawals – £250 daily (maximum of 5 withdrawals per day)
• Spending limit – £3750 daily
• Contactless limit – £45 limit per transaction (you will be required to use your chip & pin after spending £250)

Spending overseas with your prepaid e-money account

• Foreign ATM withdrawals – £250 daily (with no fees and no monthly limit)
• Card transactions – Spend in over 140 currencies with no fees.
