I’ve been referred and made a payment but I have not received my £10 reward

  • Your referral reward will be paid soon after your first transaction has cleared or settled. This means any transactions that are declined or are in a pending state will not count. You can see if a transaction has cleared by the status in your transaction details. When you click on a transaction a cleared transaction will show as “settled”.
  • If the transaction status is showing as pending you will have to wait until the merchant you made your purchase with has settled the payment or make another payment. Kroo is not able to amend the status of pending transactions. 
  • If your account is in review or blocked you will not be eligible for the £10 referral reward.
