What if I need to dispute a transaction after my account has closed?

For transactions which occurred up to your pre-paid account closure, please contact us and we will assist you with any dispute you may have. 

If the transaction happened after the 28th February 2023 please contact Railsr/PayrNet using the form on https://www.railsr.com/support under 'Members of the public or customers of our customers'.
