What if I still have funds in my prepaid e-money account?

If you had a Kroo pre-paid e-money account and applied to open and switch to the Kroo personal current account, then your funds will have been automatically transferred to your new current account.. If you don't have a Personal Current Account with us please contact PayrNet using this form to reclaim your funds. 

PayrNet is a regulated entity owned by Railsr. They held and safeguarded all funds from Kroo pre-paid e-money account customers. They continue to hold any remaining customer funds now that Kroo has closed its pre-paid e-money account.

Please also ensure you have updated any regular or scheduled payments details (like your salary, government benefits, subscriptions or payments to and from friends and family) as these payments can no longer be made to and from your e-money account
