What are the exclusions and limitations?

  1. The availability of this reward scheme is at Kroo’s absolute discretion.
  2. Kroo is entitled to refuse to allow you and/or an invited customer to participate in the Invite Friends promotion without giving reasons and shall incur no liability to you or any other person for any such refusal.
  3. Kroo reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold or reverse any reward payments due or already paid if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Conditions.
  4. Kroo reserves the right to review and investigate all invite activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate and in line with the Personal Current Account Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Invite Friends reward promotion will terminate on the 1st of April 2024. Any applications submitted after 23:59 on the 31st of March 2024 will not be eligible for the reward.
  6. The maximum reward available for customers who invite friends is £100. This is £10 for 10 friends who successfully open a Kroo current account. After the maximum reward has been reached Kroo will not pay any further rewards for any additional friends invited to Kroo. 
  7. Customers who successfully open a current account as part of the Invite Friends reward promotion will receive £10.
  8. All rewards are subject to the terms in these Exclusions and Limitations and the Personal Current Account Terms and Conditions.
  9. Invite links cannot be used for any kind of commercial activity or in connection with any paid promotions. This includes online advertising; mass emailing, texting, or messaging people you do not know, or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Kroo reserves the right to withhold the reward payment if we identify any such activity.
  10. Kroo can suspend, terminate or change the terms and requirements of the Invite Friends promotion at any time and without notice. This includes but is not limited to:
    1. Changing the eligibility criteria for either an existing or referred customer.
    2. Changing the amount of any reward payable.
