What happens if I make a payment to the correct person but for the wrong amount?

Confirmation of Payee provides a way of checking account details to give customers assurance that they are sending payments to the intended recipient. If you transfer an incorrect amount, you should contact us immediately and we will be able to let you know the next steps.
