We’re upgrading our in-app chat system to help serve you better. To do this, we’ll be moving to a new platform on 22 January 2023.

How does this affect you?

This means that from 22 January 2023, chats you’ve had with us up to this date will no longer be available to view in the Kroo app.

What will happen to previous chats?

In line with regulatory requirements, we’ll store any previous chats on our system. If you’d like us to provide you with copies, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Alternatively, you can take screenshots of the chats you’d like to keep prior to us moving to the new system on 22 January 2023.

What will happen to new chats?

New chats started from 22 January 2023 will be available in-app to view.
