Using Pay at Pump terminals can vary, please follow the instructions presented at the pump when you purchase fuel.

When you use Pay at Pump, a pre-authorisation amount is applied to your account of up to £100, for you to use the service. After you’ve fuelled up, the merchant tells us how much you've spent. We then charge this amount and the remainder is released back to you.

If there’s a difference in the amount you've spent for fuel and the amount shown in your Kroo app, please note that it can take a few days for the transaction to settle and reflect in your balance.
