We'll send you the following in-app notifications:

  • Before your payment is due – you’ll be notified the day before the payment is due (usually at 9am).

  • After a successful payment – tapping the notification will take you to the Kroo app to view the payment.

  • If a payment has failed – tapping the notification will take you to the Kroo app to view the payment and the reason why it failed.
