If you've entered your PIN incorrectly too many times, you can easily reset it in your Kroo app:

  • Open your Kroo app and tap the 'Home' tab.

  • Tap on the card icon on the top right-hand side.

  • Tap 'Reset your PIN.'

  • Authenticate resetting your PIN with biometrics or password:

    • Select and confirm your new PIN.

    • Go to an ATM and select a balance inquiry function. You can use Visa’s ATM locator to find the nearest machine that supports the PIN change functionality.

Important: ensure you’ve visited the ATM after resetting your PIN in the Kroo app – without completing this step, your PIN change will be rejected.
