Once you've confirmed the transaction in-app, we'll send this confirmation to the merchant.
There may be a few reasons why the transaction doesn't complete or is unsuccessful, such as:
Insufficient funds in your account.
Details are being entered incorrectly.
The Internet connection disconnected.
There was an error on the merchant's website.
You can check the payment hasn't gone through and reattempt the purchase. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Support team.
