My card transactions are declining.

Please ensure:

  • You're using the correct PIN.

  • You have enough funds in your account for the transaction.

Sometimes there can be an issue with the merchant's terminal, so we'd recommend attempting the transaction again.

If you're still unable to use your card, please contact our Customer Support team and we’ll look into this for you.


Contactless isn't working.

You may have reached your contactless spending limit - simply make a chip & PIN transaction before to continue spending via contactless.

My card is damaged.

If your card is damaged please contact the Customer Support team to order a new card.

You'll still be able to make payments if you've got Apple or Google Pay set up.
