If you need to freeze your card (for example because it is lost or stolen), follow the simple steps below:

  • Open the Kroo app and head to the ‘Home’ tab.

  • Tap the card icon in the top right corner of the screen.

  • Tap the ‘Freeze card’ slider to block your physical card.

Please make sure to message our Customer Support team if your card is lost, stolen or compromised – they’ll be able to block your card on our end, review any unrecognised transactions and arrange a new card for you. You can read more about it here.
