If you need to freeze your card (for example because it is lost or stolen), follow the simple steps below:
Open the Kroo app and head to the ‘Home’ tab.
Tap the card icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Tap the ‘Freeze card’ slider to block your physical card.
Please make sure to message our Customer Support team if your card is lost, stolen or compromised – they’ll be able to block your card on our end, review any unrecognised transactions and arrange a new card for you. You can read more about it here.
