Kroo is using the Faster Payments network which means payments from most UK banks arrive instantly in your account, but occasionally it can take up to 2 hours.

If you've been waiting for longer than 2 hours, there are a couple of reasons why that may have happened:

  1. You have exceeded your limits
  2. The transfer was in a non-GBP currency
  3. Either Kroo or the sending bank requires further information 

We will notify you when a failure occurs by in-app notification.

If we cannot accept the transfer, we will return the payment to the bank account used to send the transfer. It can take up to 3 working days for the payment to reach the account.
