Sometimes we may need you to re-submit your application to receive your Kroo card. (This is often caused by an unclear video recording.)
You will receive an in-app notification through our Support live chat confirming you to resubmit your application. To resubmit your application:
1 - Open the Kroo app on your phone.
2 - Tap on "Account" in the bottom navigation.
3 - You will see a screen that asks you to resubmit liveness and/or identity documents.
4 - Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your application.
5 - Once you have resubmitted your application, the Kroo team will review it.
If your application is successful, you will receive an in-app notification confirming your Kroo card is on it's way.
