Sometimes we may ask you to re-submit your identity documents or to retake your video (this is often caused by an unclear video recording).

You'll receive an in-app notification asking you to re-submit your documents or retake your video. To do this:

  • Open the Kroo app

  • Tap on the 'Account' tab

  • Here you'll be asked to re-submit your identity documents and/or video

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your application

  • We'll be in touch once we've reviewed it

If your application is successful, you'll receive an in-app notification confirming your Kroo card is on it's way.
